Advance Directive (Living Will)

An Advance Medical Directive documents an individual’s desire with respect to life sustaining treatment including when to withhold and/or withdraw treatment. While Massachusetts does not recognize Living Wills, they can act as evidence of an individual’s medical treatment preferences.
